Many of the lose weight systems work whenever you’re determined enough to run through them although a lot of them also apply formulas that the body isn’t designed to cope with for long time periods. Good examples are high protein diets, high carbohydrate diets, no fat diets, starvation diets, etc.
That said, there are people going to even greater extremes to get the unwanted weight off. They use synthetic diet pills and other unnatural products that are bad for the body.

Fat measuring calipers are even better and pretty high on the accuracy scale as you measure the same area each time.
With fat burning it will not matter how much you weigh because you’ll look slimmer, be slimmer and stay that way for as long as you wish; providing you follow the healthy option of fat burning.
The chief element to fat burning is food intake. What you eat, when you eat, how you eat are essential. Exercise is also an important part but don’t think that you have to go nuts in a gym each day because if you have the nutritional part sorted out then that is 80% of the battle.
