We all know that it is harder for girls to lose weight and burn fat than it is for guys. I am tired of all the stubborn fat that wont leave. Im skinny but theres just some regions that the fat needs to tone down like the lower stomach, thighs, etc.

If you are skinny, then it is not the fat that needs removing. I would say it is more like you need to do some toning up.

Oatmeal is one of the best fat burning foods you can have. I recommend it for breakfast mixed with some fruit. If you eat this daily you will also be lowering your cholesterol level which is great in the long run.
Go for unflavored and unsweetened oatmeal. Don’t put sugar in your bowl either, as I say fruit would be best.
